目的综合分析癌胚抗原(CEA)、血清糖类抗原(CA19-9)、糖类抗原(CA125)联合检测在胰腺癌诊治中的应用,为治疗胰腺癌患者提供科学的数据参考。方法选取在我院2014-02-2016-02收治的胰腺癌患者临床资料77例作为研究组,再选取同期我院健康体检人群77名作为对照组。采用全自动电化学发光法检测两组研究对象的CEA、CA19-9、CA125水平变化,采用SPSS20.0统计学软件进行统计学分析两组研究对象单独检测时CEA、CA19-9、CA125阳性率以及联合检测时CEA、CA19-9、CA125阳性率。结果研究组CEA、CA19-9、CA125水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组单独检测时CEA、CA19-9、CA125阳性率与联合检测CEA、CA19-9和CA125阳性率远远高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CEA、CA19-9和CA125联合检测在胰腺癌诊治中的应用价值比较高,具有重要的临床诊断意义。
Objective To analyze the application of combined detection of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), serum carbohydrate antigen (CA19-9) and carbohydrate antigen (CA125) in the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer and provide scientific data for the treatment of patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods Totally 77 patients with pancreatic cancer who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the research group and 77 healthy people in our hospital were selected as the control group. The levels of CEA, CA19-9 and CA125 in the two groups were detected by automatic electrochemiluminescence. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 20.0 statistical software. The positive rates of CEA, CA19-9 and CA125 And the combined detection of CEA, CA19-9, CA125 positive rate. Results The levels of CEA, CA19-9 and CA125 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The positive rates of CEA, CA19-9 and CA125 in the study group were far lower than those in the combined detection of CEA, CA19-9 and CA125 Higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of CEA, CA19-9 and CA125 in the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer is relatively high, which has important clinical diagnostic significance.
