现代远程教育为人们接受终身教育开辟了现实的途径,终身教育日渐深入人心。这对于世界上最大的远程教育教学系统——中国广播电视大学,既是机遇也是挑战。为增加教育产品与社会需求的耦合度,提高电大教育管理效益,必须改革封闭的教育管理模式,构建“以教师为主导”和“以学生为主体”互动合作的“双主”教育管理模式。
Modern distance education has opened up a realistic way for people to receive lifelong education, and lifelong education has been gaining popularity. This is both an opportunity and a challenge for China Radio and Television University, the world’s largest distance education teaching system. In order to increase the degree of coupling between educational products and social needs and improve the educational management efficiency of RTVU, it is necessary to reform the closed educational management mode and establish a “dual master” educational management model of “teacher-led” and “student-centered” interactive cooperation.
