目的分析探究实施320排CT双能量肺灌注成像检测对肺栓塞患者的价值。方法 50例肺栓塞患者,均经临床病理学诊断确诊为肺栓塞患者并以此作为本次研究的金标准。所有分别采用常规CT与320排CT双能量肺灌注成像进行检测,对比分析两组诊断结果。结果 320排CT检测的总错误率(4.00%)明显低于常规CT的总错误率(30.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。320排CT检验患者敏感性(96.00%)及准确性(96.00%)均明显高于常规CT组患者敏感性(70.00%)及准确性(70.00%),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺栓塞患者实施320排CT双能量肺灌注成像检测的临床价值重大,错误率低,较为可靠,值得推广。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the value of 320-slice CT dual-energy lung perfusion imaging in patients with pulmonary embolism. Methods Fifty patients with pulmonary embolism were diagnosed as pulmonary embolism by clinicopathological diagnosis and used as the gold standard in this study. All were detected by conventional CT and 320-row CT dual-energy lung perfusion imaging respectively, and the results of two groups were compared. Results The total error rate of 320-slice CT (4.00%) was significantly lower than that of conventional CT (30.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Sensitivity (96.00%) and accuracy (96.00%) in 320 CT scan were significantly higher than those in conventional CT group (70.00%) and accuracy (70.00%). There was significant difference between the two groups P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical value of 320-slice CT dual-energy lung perfusion imaging in patients with pulmonary embolism is significant, the error rate is low, reliable, and worthy of promotion.
