利用数值计算的方法研究了气膜出流对叶片前腔内各表面冷气对流换热系数的影响。研究的重点是气膜孔间距比和进气雷诺数等因素的影响规律。文章分别就叶片前缘和叶盆区域以及叶背区域的局部和平均换热系数的变化做了讨论,计算表明,在计算所取的参数范围内,随气膜孔间距比和进气雷诺数的增加,叶盆内表面的平均换热系数增加可达一倍以上,但由于气膜出流导致叶背边内表面的平均换热系数有所下降。本文的研究工作只限于不可压层流。
The effect of film outflow on the convective heat transfer of air-conditioning in the anterior chamber of the blade was investigated by numerical method. The focus of the study is the influence of airfoil hole ratio and intake Reynolds number. The paper discussed the changes of local and average heat transfer coefficients in the leading edge, the leaf basin and the leaf dorsal region respectively. The results show that with the interval of the film holes and the inlet Reynolds number , The average heat transfer coefficient of the inner surface of the leaf pot can more than double. However, the average heat transfer coefficient of the inner surface of the leaf dorsal surface decreases due to the outflow of the membrane. The research work in this paper is limited to incompressible laminar flow.
