随着国家经济发展,越来越多的中小食品生产企业出现在经济市场中。我国的中小食品企业在蓬勃发展之际也出现了问题。随着社会发展,消费者对食品质量的要求不断增加,而我国中小食品企业大多都没有建立完善的质量管理体系。导致我国部分中小食品企业产品质量没有切实保证,影响中小食品企业的发展,降低了中小食品企业的市场竞争力。企业质量管理制度有效运转,才能更好地融入市场竞争,为消费者提供安全可口的食品。本文将指出中小企业在质量管理中存在的问题,并提出如何建立和实施质量管理体系。
With the national economic development, more and more small and medium-sized food producers appear in the economic market. Small and medium-sized food enterprises in our country also experienced problems during their vigorous development. With the development of society, consumers’ requirements for the quality of food are constantly increasing. However, most of the small and medium-sized food enterprises in our country do not have a sound quality management system. As a result, the product quality of some small and medium food enterprises in our country has not been effectively guaranteed, which will affect the development of small and medium-sized food enterprises and reduce the market competitiveness of small and medium-sized food enterprises. Effective management of enterprise quality management system in order to better integrate into the market competition, to provide consumers with safe and delicious food. This article will point out the problems existing in the quality management of SMEs and put forward how to establish and implement the quality management system.
