在毛主席的革命路线指引下,我们果园大队广大贫下中农,学习和运用毛主席的哲学思想指导果树生产,采取综合措施,初步克服了柑桔生产上的“大小年”问题,产量逐年提高。全大队250亩桔园,其中结果园80亩,1970年平均亩产2,424斤,1971年2,923斤,1972年4,205斤,1973年6,500斤,1974年亩产上升到6,814斤,1975年在受到较大的自然灾害下仍然达到亩产5,838斤。持续增产的事实充分说明“事在人为”,柑桔产量的“大小年”现象是可以改变的。
