初中学生流失是困扰乡村中学的一大难题,它严重阻碍了教育事业的发展,使“普九”工作面临严峻的挑战。我校领导班子共同研究达成共识:控流工作在依靠政府行为的同时,必须从自身管理做起,挖掘内部潜力。一、制订切实可行的防控制度学生流失有这样几个特点:一是年度之间流失率不尽相同;二是不同年组流失率也不一样,初一到初三呈逐渐升高的趋势,同时达到国家3%的控流标准
