针对工业管道使用过程中,经常产生CaSO4沉淀后的结垢问题,提出了两种溶解CaSO4的方法。采用NH4HCO3物相转化后,再用HCl溶解,可以有效地提高CaSO4垢的溶解能力。在一定实验条件下,当结垢厚度小于5mm时,85%以上的CaSO4可进行转化,使CaSO4总溶解率可达90%以上。另外在一定条件下,能与Ca2+离子络合生成较稳定络合物的有机络合剂,对CaSO4也有一定的溶解能力。
In the process of using industrial pipes, scaling problems after precipitation of CaSO4 often occur, and two methods of dissolving CaSO4 are proposed. Using NH4HCO3 phase transformation, and then dissolved in HCl, can effectively improve the dissolution capacity of CaSO4 scale. Under certain experimental conditions, when the fouling thickness is less than 5mm, more than 85% of CaSO4 can be transformed so that the total dissolution rate of CaSO4 can reach more than 90%. In addition, under certain conditions, can be complexed with Ca2 + ions to generate more stable complex organic complexing agent, CaSO4 also have a certain ability to dissolve.
