文化创意产业(Cultural and Creative Industries),是一种在经济全球化背景下产生的以创造力为核心的新兴产业,强调一种主体文化或文化因素依靠个人(团队)通过技术、创意和产业化的方式开发、营销知识产权的行业。文化创意在我国是一个较新的名词,但其发展却是十分迅速,受到政府高度重视,也吸引了众多新生企业和传统企业在文创项目方面的投资。但是,当前关于文化创意企业绩效的评价还存在着盲目性和局限性,导致很多项目投资后无法获得预期的收益。本文将从传统的企业绩效评价特点入手,综合运用BSC的基本思想和方法、结合CSR理论,在BSC的四个层面的基础上,将“顾客”维度扩展为“利益相关者”维度,提出修正的BSC评价方法,实现文创企业社会效益与经济效益的综合评价,从而对文创企业绩效评价指标进行构建。

Based on the four aspects of BSC, the paper expands “customer ” dimension into “stakeholder ” based on the basic theory and method of BSC, Dimension, put forward a revised BSC evaluation method to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of the social and economic benefits of Wenchuang Enterprise, and construct the performance evaluation index of Wenchuang Enterprise.
