加入世界贸易组织,给我国服务贸易发展的外部环境带来巨大的改变,尤其是5年过渡期结束后,国内服务市场对外全面开放,对我国服务业和服务贸易带来新的挑战。本文主要考察入世后我国服务贸易的发展状况。首先讨论了服务贸易环境的改变;其次实证研究了加入世贸组织5年来,在面对市场更加开放、竞争逐步激烈的环境下,我国服务贸易特征是否有一个根本转变。再次,分析了过渡期结束后我国服务业面临的问题、挑战以及发展展望;最后基于科学发展观提出相应的对策建议。
The accession to the World Trade Organization has brought tremendous changes to the external environment for the development of China’s service trade. In particular, after the end of the five-year transition period, the domestic service market is fully open to the outside world, bringing new challenges to the service industry and service trade in our country. This article mainly examines the development of China’s service trade after China’s accession to the WTO. First of all, it discusses the change of environment of service trade. Secondly, it empirically studies whether there is a fundamental change in the characteristics of China’s service trade in the past five years since China’s accession to the WTO, in the face of a more open market and increasingly fierce competition. Thirdly, it analyzes the problems, challenges and development prospects of China’s service industry after the transitional period ends. Finally, we put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the scientific development concept.
