1. Introduction The growth of economic output depends on two factors: the factor growth of investment production and the factor utilization factor. This divides economic growth into two types: extensive and intensive. Extensive management is a method of expanding the scale of economic output by increasing the number of employed workers and the number of means of production under the condition that the technical level of means of production is basically unchanged; intensive operation is the basis of scientific and technological progress.
