针对重钢铁水脱硫预处理的现状,分析了脱硫的工艺参数并进行了优化。实践表明,优化参数后如用单一石灰粉剂脱硫率可稳定在75%~80%,吨铁粉剂耗量由平均9.52kg/t降低到6.68kg/t,吨铁脱硫处理成本下降5.991元,如用含15%Mg的石灰基粉剂,脱硫率稳定在85%以上,吨铁粉剂耗量为3~5kg。
Aiming at the status of desulphurization pretreatment of heavy steel hot metal, the technological parameters of desulphurization were analyzed and optimized. The practice shows that the desulfurization rate can be stabilized at 75% ~ 80% with single lime powder after optimizing the parameters, the consumption of the iron powder decreases from 9.52kg / t to 6.68kg / t and the cost of desulfurization of iron ore decreases by 5.991% With 15% Mg-based lime-based powder, desulfurization rate stabilized at 85%, tons of iron powder consumption of 3 ~ 5kg.
