网络给用户带来极大便利,也成为谣言滋生和传播的土壤。网络谣言产生和传播的根本在于用户,即网络的使用者,提高人们的网络媒介素养是根治网络谣言的根本途径。有效提升网络媒介素养应走社会化道路,多管齐下,从宣传提高认知、教育提升能力、引导规范实践等多方面构建科学合理的网络媒介素养提升路径。
