This article reviews antenna designs for millimeter and submillimeter waves. The use of this band in communications, radar and remote sensing is rapidly evolving and requires high-performance antennas. Many new designs are dedicated to the development and utilization of millimeter-wave characteristics. Shorter wavelengths mean tighter tolerances. Requiring a more sophisticated and efficient reflector and feed horn. This article reviews the reflector antenna, lens antenna, horn antenna, planar antenna, traveling wave antenna and integrated antenna.
