针对大型激光装置建设项目可靠性数据产生点分散、信息量大、分析处理难度大等困难,采取明确管理职责和流程、规范数据流传递、分阶段开展数据处理,最后进行分析利用的管理方法,建立了一套可靠性数据集中管理体系。分析了大型激光装置建设项目可靠性数据管理的各流程控制点的具体管理要点,对进一步提高可靠性数据质量,提升可靠性管理效率,提出了实效性较高的管理策略和手段。研究成果对其他大型激光装置建设项目可靠性数据管理有借鉴意义。
In order to solve the difficulties of big data reliability, such as scattered data, large amount of information, difficulty of analysis and processing, etc., the management of large-scale laser equipment project needs clear management responsibilities and procedures, standardize data flow delivery, carry out data processing in stages, and finally analyze and utilize management methods. Established a set of reliability data management system. The main management points of each process control point for the reliability data management of the large-scale laser installation project are analyzed, and the management strategies and measures with high effectiveness are put forward to further improve the reliability data quality and enhance the reliability management efficiency. The research results have reference value to the reliability data management of other large-scale laser device construction projects.
