采用分光光度法,以葡萄糖为标准样品测定新疆准噶尔铁线莲不同部位中的多糖含量,采用正交试验设计对其不同部位中多糖提取工艺进行最佳筛选、优化。分别得到的最佳提取工艺条件为:茎:温度90℃、浸提时间2.5h、料液比1:60(g/mL)、提取次数5次,OD值达0.408;叶:温度90℃、浸提时间2h、料液比1:60(g/mL),提取次数5次,OD值达0.493;花:温度90℃,时间2h,料液比1:60,提取次数4次,OD值达0.418;果实:温度90℃、浸提时间2h、料液比1:60(g/mL)、提取次数5次,OD值达0.315。
