目的:观察系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清(血浆)中胱抑素C(CysC)、D-二聚体(D-D)、可溶性CD146(sCD146)水平。方法:将102例初诊SLE患者分为尿蛋白阴性组40例和尿蛋白阳性组62例;设正常对照组50例。用免疫比浊法测定尿微量白蛋白及血浆D-D,ELISA法测定血浆可溶性sCD146和CysC水平,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果:SLE患者尿微量白蛋白及血中CysC、D-D、sCD146水平较正常明显增高。结论:血中CysC、D-D、sCD146水平检测能有效反映SLE患者的早期肾功能损害。
Objective: To observe the levels of Cystatin C (CysC), D-dimer (D-D) and soluble CD146 (sCD146) in the serum of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods: 102 cases of newly diagnosed SLE patients were divided into urinary protein-negative group of 40 cases and urinary protein-positive group of 62 cases; normal control group of 50 cases. Urinary microalbuminuria and plasma D-D were measured by immunoturbidimetry, plasma soluble sCD146 and CysC levels were measured by ELISA, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: Urine microalbuminuria and serum levels of CysC, D-D and sCD146 in SLE patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls. Conclusion: The levels of CysC, D-D and sCD146 in blood can effectively reflect the early renal dysfunction in patients with SLE.
