诺贝尔生理学或医学奖一直是高考重要热点之一。高考卷中设置热点题目,一般是以热点为材料考查课本中的相关知识,所以在注意热点问题时,要有意识的将热点与所学知识有机联系起来,学会用自己所学知识去分析、判断热点问题,达到“活学活用”的目的。本文以高中生物学知识为平台,应用图文结合的方式详细解读2006年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖——RNA干扰方面的基础知识;同时还将自编一些与此有关的试题,以预测2007年高考生物卷中可能出现的考题。
