论述 4 2SiMn调质齿轮弯曲疲劳强度的试验研究。试验在STRON16 0 3型电磁谐振疲劳试验机上进行 ,采用双齿脉动加载方法试验。在短寿命区 ,采用 4级恒定应力水平的成组试验法 ;在长寿命区 ,采用应力升降试验法。根据试验所得数据 ,按统计学原理 ,拟合出完整的C -R -S -N曲线 ,并获得各种可靠度下的轮齿弯曲疲劳极限应力值
Study on the Bending Fatigue Strength of 4 2SiMn Quenched and Tempered Gear. The test was carried out on a STRON16 0 3 electromagnetic resonance fatigue testing machine using a bidentate pulsation loading test. In the short-lived area, the use of four levels of constant stress level group test method; in the long life zone, the use of stress test method. According to the experimental data, according to the statistical principle, the complete C -R -S -N curve is fitted and the tooth bending fatigue ultimate stress values under various reliability are obtained
