为加强中国传统村落保护工作,近日,住建邻、文化部等7部门联合发布了《中国传统村落警示和推出暂行规定(试行)》(以下简称《暂行规定》)。《暂行规定》明确,将对因保护不力、造成村落文化遗产保护价值严重损害的8种情况提出警示,同时,存在自发出警示之日起6个月未做出整改等3种情形之一的传统村落将予以退出,存在申请列入《中国传统村落名录》申报材料不真实、与实际情况严重不符等3种情况的也将直接予以退出。
