提出了基于半模基片集成波导(HMSIW)互连的高速数据传输系统,并实现了单通道7.5Gbps的高速数字信号传输。对传统SIW互连传输系统进行了改进,设计加工了新型HMSIW波导互连,替换传统SIW波导互连,使得信道传输带宽和系统传输速率显著提高。在相同主模截止频率条件下,HMSIW的工作带宽为SIW的两倍,而其宽度尺寸仅为SIW的一半。仿真与实测结果显示论文提出的HMSIW互连传输系统与文献提出的传统SIW互连传输系统相比,前者的最高传输速率是后者的1.5倍。
A high-speed data transmission system based on HMSIW interconnection is proposed and a single-channel 7.5Gbps high-speed digital signal transmission is achieved. The traditional SIW interconnection transmission system is improved, the new HMSIW waveguide interconnection is designed and processed, and the interconnection of the traditional SIW waveguide is replaced, so that the transmission bandwidth of the channel and the transmission speed of the system are significantly improved. With the same dominant mode cut-off frequency, the HMSIW operates twice as wide as the SIW and has a width that is only half that of the SIW. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed HMSIW interconnection transmission system compared with the traditional SIW interconnection proposed transmission system, the former maximum transmission rate is 1.5 times the latter.
