根据我们单位近年来购货和有关资料表明,凡国家定点制造厂所用的轴瓦钢带,虽然大都由生产钢带的专业厂(或国外)供货,但轴瓦生产厂也应对钢带进行严格进货检验,方能保证轴瓦质量。检查应包括:几何尺寸、金相组织、化学成分、钢层与合金层结合强度及二者硬度等。缺乏对各型发动机修理及其相关配件的知识和对无刮削瓦的配合间隙的经验等,是造成装配质量差的主要原因。所以维修时,要按主机使用和维修说明书的要求,并结合配件质量状态进行装配。(1)装配清洁度,为使瓦背对座孔配合的贴合度达到85%以上,须保证轴瓦合金面与轴承载荷均匀。若贴合面有杂质,可使工作面接触不均匀,间隙减小,从而发生接触磨损;如工作面含杂质,对嵌藏性差的合金轴瓦会产生拉痕。
