古人云:民以食为天。在饮食方面,从古至今已经经历了非常大的变化。但不变的是餐饮业仍然是一个与人们生活密不可分的行业。面对日益激烈的市场竞争,为了达到餐饮企业可持续发展的目的,不仅要提高企业经营业绩和改变经营思路,更重要的是要有效合理控制成本,提升餐饮企业的利润水平,以降低经营成本应对策略,从而增强餐饮企业在市场经济条件下的生存能力和适应能力。基于此,本文就餐饮企业成本控制及低成本运作进行探讨,以供参考。
