《中共中央关于建立社会主义市场经济若干问题的决定》公布后,全国施工企业都在认真学习、研究贯彻落实的措施。学习和贯彻《决定》,是今后各个施工企业的重要任务。签于各个施工企业类别不同,情况各异,我们希望每个企业的领导根据各自的具体情况,对贯彻《决定》提出的见解和打算,与本刊进行交流。中建一局顾安民同志结合该局的情况,对如何贯彻决定的精神提出了一些思考,现全文刊登。
After the “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Issues Concerning the Establishment of a Socialist Market Economy” was announced, construction companies throughout the country were conscientiously studying, studying and implementing measures. Learning and implementing the “Decision” is an important task for all construction companies in the future. Different types of construction companies have different types of registration and the circumstances are different. We hope that the leaders of each company will communicate with the Journal on the basis of their own specific circumstances, in order to implement the opinions and plans provided by the “Decision.” Comrade Gu Anmin of the China Construction First Bureau combined with the situation of the Bureau and put forward some reflections on how to implement the spirit of the decision.
