目的:比较黄柏饮片与煮散颗粒在不同煎煮时间点盐酸小檗碱含量和干膏收率的变化。方法:采用HPLC测定黄柏饮片和煮散颗粒在不同煎煮时间点煎液中盐酸小檗碱含量,同时测定不同煎煮时间点煎液中的干膏收率。结果:煎煮5~60 min时,不同时间点黄柏煮散颗粒煎液中的盐酸小檗碱含量及干膏收率均高于黄柏饮片煎液,差异均有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论:本试验验证了中药煮散省材省时之优点,以期为中药传统饮片应用形式的创新提供新思路。
Objective: To compare the changes of berberine hydrochloride content and dry gypsum yield at different boiling time points of Phellodendron chinense and Piansan granule. Methods: The contents of berberine hydrochloride in decoction of Phellodendron chinense and Huisan granules at different decocting time were determined by HPLC, and the yield of dried ointment in decoction at different decocting time was also determined. Results: The content of berberine hydrochloride and the yield of dried ointment of Huangbaihuasan Granule Decoction at different time points after decocting for 5 ~ 60 min were all significantly higher than those of decoction (P <0.01) . Conclusion: This experiment validates the advantages of saving time and money when using traditional Chinese medicine, and provides new ideas for the innovation of traditional Chinese medicine slice application form.
