组织部门:国家质量监督检验检疫总局抽查范围:上海、江苏、浙江、安徽、山东、福建、江西、湖南、广东等9个省、直辖市100家企业生产的100种产品(不涉及出口产品)抽查概况:大型企业的产品质量继续保持稳定。黄酒产品近4年来已连续跟踪抽查了9次,产品抽样合格率逐年上升,同比2007年提高了4.5个百分点,比2005年提高了12.1个百分点。本次抽查产品实物质量抽样合格率为97.5%主要问题:个别产品违规添加甜味剂或防腐剂,个别产品β-苯乙醇/总酸不合格
Organization Department: General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) Random Inspection: 100 products (not related to export products) produced by 100 companies in 9 provinces and municipalities in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shandong, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, and Guangdong General situation: The product quality of large enterprises continues to be stable. Rice wine products have been tracked and spot checked 9 times in the past 4 years. The qualified rate of product sampling has increased year by year, an increase of 4.5 percentage points year-on-year in 2007 and 12.1 percentage points higher than in 2005. The sampling rate of the physical quality of this spot check product was 97.5%. The main problem was that individual products were illegally added with sweeteners or preservatives, and individual products were unqualified with β-phenylethanol/total acid.
