在干旱胁迫下,苎麻叶片游离脯氨酸积累存在基因型差异。在干旱胁迫较轻时,抗旱性弱的基因型积累游离脯氨酸多于抗旱性强的基因型,而随着胁迫加强,抗旱性强的基因型游离脯氨酸积累强度大于抗旱性弱的基因型。苎麻幼苗、一龄麻、二龄麻上表现基本一致。复水后,游离脯氨酸积累下降,但下降速度存在基因型差异,抗旱性强的基因型下降快,抗旱性弱的基因型下降较慢。
Under drought stress, genotypic differences existed in free proline accumulation in ramie leaves. Under drought stress, the genotypes with weaker drought resistance accumulate more free proline than the drought-tolerant genotypes, but with stronger drought stress, the stronger drought-resistant genotypes have more proline accumulation than drought-resistant ones genotype. Ramie seedlings, one age nursery, second nursery on the performance of the same. After rewatering, the accumulation of free proline decreased, but there was a genotype difference in the rate of decline. The genotypes with strong drought resistance decreased rapidly and the genotype with weak drought resistance decreased slowly.
