乡镇综合文化站的建设具有十分重要意义,笔者从经费投入、人员配备、现行文化环境几方面分析目前我省乡镇综合文化站面临的困境,并结合国家文化政策与自身实践,提出解决方案。
The construction of township integrated cultural station is of great significance. The author analyzes the current predicament faced by township comprehensive cultural stations in our province from several aspects such as funding, staffing and current cultural environment. Based on the national cultural policies and practices, the author puts forward solutions.
