利用同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)提取了有治疗恶疮、霍乱效果的牛粪挥发性成分。用毛细管GC-MS联用法分离并初步鉴定了50种组分,占总峰面积的70.92%,进一步用程序升温保留指数和标准样品联合确证了其中的24种化合物,占总峰面积的34.68%,与Sadtler保留指数库文献数据对照又确证了另外8种化合物,占总峰面积的6.09%。其中含量较高的组分是己醛(6.20%),三硫化二甲基(5.48%),二硫化二甲基(4.55%),壬醛(4.35%),二甲基四磺酸酐(3.96%),辛醛(3.61%),庚醛(3.22%)。从化合物的种类来看,主要为:醛类(14个),醇类(3个),酮类(12个),酸类(2个),它们共占总峰面积的44.54%。
Volatile components of cow dung used in the treatment of noxious and cholera were extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE). Fifty components were identified and identified by capillary GC-MS, accounting for 70.92% of the total peak area. 24 compounds were further identified by the program of warming retention index and standard sample, accounting for the total peak area 34.68%. Compared with the literature data of Sadtler’s retention index database, another 8 compounds were confirmed, accounting for 6.09% of the total peak area. The higher content of these components was hexanal (6.20%), trisulfide (5.48%), dimethyl disulfide (4.55%), nonanal Dimethyltetrasulfonic anhydride (3.96%), octanal (3.61%), heptanal (3.22%). From the types of compounds, aldehydes (14), alcohols (3), ketones (12) and acids (2) are the main compounds, accounting for 44.54% of the total peak area.
