前不久,国家新闻出版广电总局出台《新闻从业人员职务行为信息管理办法》(以下简称《办法》),对新闻从业人员利用职务之便滥用信息的四种行为进行了规范,引发舆论关注。这一法规出台的背景,是近年来一些新闻从业人员滥用职务行为信息,随意传播、散布涉密信息,擅自将职务活动中获悉的信息发布在网络社交平台,有的甚至利用职务便利或职务影响谋取不正当利益,导致违法犯罪。其实,在新兴媒体空间如何管理新闻从业人员的职务行为,对全球各地的媒体管理者来说都是一个难题。从国外媒体的经验和教训中,我们或许能够获得一些启示。

In fact, how to manage the positions of journalists in the emerging media space is a challenge for media managers all over the world. From the experience and lessons of foreign media, we may be able to get some inspiration.
