语言是人与人沟通的重要交际工具。作为幼儿教师,他们所要沟通的群体是一群语言发展尚未健全的幼儿。在日常学习生活中,幼儿的语言学习主要通过观察、模仿等途径向幼儿教师习得,幼儿教师是幼儿学习语言的典范,也是幼儿语言规范意识的启蒙者。可见,幼儿教师的语言表达能力对幼儿的成长和发展起着非常重要的作用。依据《幼儿园教师专业标准》,语言技能是幼儿园教师一项重要的能力,所以加强师范生语言技能的培养,符合“能力为重”的基本理念。因而,在高专学前教育专业人才培养方案中,必须重视学生口语表达能力
Language is an important communication tool for people. As a preschool teacher, the group they want to communicate with is a group of children whose language development is not yet complete. In daily study life, preschool children’s language learning mainly through observation, imitation and other means to the kindergarten teacher acquisition, kindergarten teacher is a model of children learning language, but also children enlightenment of language standard awareness. Visible, kindergarten teacher’s language ability to play a very important role in the growth and development of young children. According to “Kindergarten Teachers’ Professional Standards”, language skills are an important ability of kindergarten teachers. Therefore, strengthening the cultivation of language skills of teachers is in line with the basic concept of “ability is important”. Therefore, in the pre-GEP program, we must attach importance to students’ oral communication skills
