在复制文物过程中,用低熔点合金、塑料、双快水泥、石膏等制作压型,对文物有损坏作用,也满足不了文物复制复杂、精巧、细致的花纹要求。我们试用有机硅橡胶制作压型,效果较好。 一、硅橡胶型料的制备 硅橡胶是指聚合度n=200～14000,平均分子量M为20,000的链状硅氧烷。近期开发的有机硅材料,又在主链上嵌入聚烯烃或聚醚链段,在链段的侧面连接烃基,活性基或非活性基。由于主链和侧基的不同,硅橡胶的种类和性能也就不同。一般生胶外观呈粘流态或透明胶体状,只有经过混炼、硫化后才能表现出良好的物理、机械性能。
