天津市静海县有个独流镇,独流镇有个天立独流老醋股份有限公司。说起独流老醋,那可是个老字号:始创于明嘉靖年间,清末发展到鼎盛时期。迄今已有五百余年历史,是我国三大名醋之一。独流老醋曾为贡品,供皇室享用,爱新觉罗·溥佐曾题词:“独流老醋宫廷贡品,传统风味远近驰名”。 独流老醋发展到今天,买卖可又做大了:先后进行了多次不同规模的扩建改造,占地面积达到7.9万平方米,拥有总资产8000余万元,年产优质老醋3万余吨,跻身我国最大的食醋酿造厂行列。
