提出了叠片联轴器的新结构型式——关节轴承式叠片联轴器 (关节联轴器 )。该联轴器因采用关节轴承 ,使两轴线之间的角向补偿能力由 1 .5°提高到 4°~ 6°,实现了角向补偿能力的突破。用经典力学法和 ANSYS有限元法分析了联轴器中膜片在转矩、角不对中、惯性载荷共同作用下的膜片应力 ,着重分析比较了某一种因素的变化对膜片应力大小的影响及其影响程度 ,得出联轴器的最佳结构形式及其推荐使用范围。
A new type of laminated coupling was proposed-the joint bearing type laminated coupling (joint coupling).
