Blasting work in the open-pit mine’s water-bearing rock formations is characterized by the large amount of expensive waterproof explosives, the complex process of blasting and the increased number of rejects. The work cost of wearing explosion increased by 50 ~ 64%. To date, changes in the mineral deposits have not been adequately considered in the conduct of perforation blasting and in assessing the hydrogeological conditions of the deposit. The common feature of the hydrogeology of phosphate deposits in the Baltic coast is that there are two phases separated by weakly permeable rock formations
