薄壁件在航空航天领域有着广泛应用,由于薄壁件刚度较低,加工余量大,工艺性差,容易产生切削变形被认为是机械加工中的难题。文中对薄壁件加工变形误差的原因进行了分析,并设计了一种以冷却液为介质的脉冲射流作为薄壁件铣削的随动柔性辅助支撑新的加工方法。最后,通过实验验证了脉冲射流支撑薄壁件加工误差补偿方法的有效性和可行性。
Thin-walled parts in the field of aerospace has a wide range of applications, due to the thin-walled low rigidity, machining allowance, poor workmanship, easy to produce cutting deformation is considered to be machining problems. In this paper, the cause of the deformation error of thin-walled parts is analyzed and a new processing method of follow-up flexible auxiliary support is designed by using pulse jet with coolant as the milling medium. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the pulse jet supporting thin-walled workpiece machining error compensation method are verified by experiments.
