目的了解宁波市非营利性养老机构的服务现状及存在的问题,为进一步提高养老服务质量提供参考。方法于2013年7—8月采用方便抽样的方法,分别对宁波市5家非营利性养老机构的12位负责人和机构中的100位老年人进行问卷调查。结果 5家非营利性养老机构共有床位数3 300张,平均入住率为83.33%;护理人员占职工总人数的10.03%,其中,规模较大的养老机构护理人员与入住老人之比为1∶28.4,规模较小者为1∶57.1;养老机构主要服务内容为提供基本生活照顾;入住人群主要是70~89岁能自理的老人,占88.00%;子女个数与文化程度对入住老年人的生活满意度的影响有统计学意义(P<0.01);入住养老机构的主要原因是子女工作忙,不愿劳累子女和养老机构人多可以促进沟通。结论宁波市养老机构护理人员相对不足,在服务内容和服务质量方面应进一步改进。
Objective To understand the service status quo and existing problems of non-profit pension institutions in Ningbo and to provide reference for further improving the service quality of pension services. Methods From July to August in 2013, 12 persons in charge of 5 non-profit pension institutions in Ningbo and 100 elderly in institutions were surveyed by means of convenience sampling. Results The 5 non-profit pension institutions had a total of 3 300 beds and an average occupancy rate of 83.33%. Nursing staffs accounted for 10.03% of the total number of staff and workers. Among them, the ratio of nursing staff to elderly residents was 1: 28.4, the smaller ones are 1:57.1; the main services of pension institutions are to provide basic living services; the main occupancy groups are 70-89-year-olds who can take care of themselves, accounting for 88.00%; the number of children and educational level The impact of life satisfaction was statistically significant (P <0.01). The main reasons for staying in pension institutions were that their children were busy with work, reluctant children and pension institutions could promote communication. Conclusion Nursing staff in pension institutions in Ningbo are relatively deficient and should be further improved in terms of service content and service quality.
