国有企业要想在动态市场环境中赢得生存和发展,转变增长方式,提高经济效益,建立灵敏的市场反应机制是关键。 一、以企业的生产满足社会和用户需要为准则,转变经营观念。在计划经济下,企业“以产定销”,埋头生产;不顾需求,对市场变化的反应,被动、麻木甚至消极。处于市场经济大环境中的企业,应从消费者需要出发,以买方为中心来安排生产,搞好经营,迅速建立起灵敏的市场反应机制。
If state-owned enterprises want to win survival and development in a dynamic market environment, change the mode of growth, increase economic efficiency, and establish a sensitive market response mechanism is the key.
