具备以现代观念作基础的作战理论,才能有一支能够从事现代化战争的现代化军队。谁的观念超前,谁将赢得战争,谁的观念落后,谁就得被动挨打。海湾战争具备了现代战争所具有的整体、纵深、立体、电子战等特点。多国部队在作战中体现了这些特点,观念正确;伊军靠“买”来的“现代化”未能在作战中体现出这些特点,观念落后。
With a theory of operation based on modern concepts, can we have a modern army capable of engaging in a modern war. Who’s the concept of advanced, who will win the war, who’s concept behind, who have to be beaten. The Gulf War possessed the characteristics of modern warfare in its entirety, depth, solidity and electronic warfare. The multinational forces have reflected these characteristics in their operations and their conceptions are correct. The “modernization” of the Iraqi military by “buying” has failed to reflect these characteristics in combat and its concepts are lagging behind.
