近两年来,国内住宅产业化进程明显加快,装配式混凝土结构在住宅工程中的应用也越来越多,各地出现了一些比较新的装配式混凝土结构形式和一些建造新技术。为此,结合国内外装配式混凝土建筑发展及标准体系的逐步建立,就如何在生产、施工、验收各阶段加强对装配式混凝结构住宅的质量检测控制进行了梳理和浅析。
In the past two years, the process of industrialization of residential houses in China has obviously accelerated. The application of fabricated concrete structures in residential projects is also increasing. There are some relatively new forms of fabricated concrete structures and some new technologies for construction. To this end, combined with the development of the domestic and overseas prefabricated concrete buildings and the gradual establishment of the standard system, how to improve the quality inspection and control of the prefabricated concrete structures in the various stages of production, construction and acceptance is reviewed and analyzed.
