以现有的膏体充填搅拌站为基础,结合混凝土搅拌车的工作特性及优点,对膏体搅拌这一工艺进行优化设计,减少搅拌时间,改善搅拌环境,获得搅拌更为均匀的合格膏体,同时避免膏体在搅拌过程中与搅拌站内壁的粘接,减少充填过程中发生堵管的可能性,进一步提高其工程质量和工作效率。
