基于HyperXtrude挤压有限元软件系统,以多边形空心铝型材为研究对象,对挤压过程中的速度场、变形场、温度场、挤压力、模具应力等物理量随不同的摩擦因子和挤压速度的变化进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明,HyperXtrude有限元软件能够精确地预测挤压过程中多种挤压参数的变化。这能为铝型材挤压模具设计提供重要依据。
