一个班级的管理,班主任起着关键的作用。班主任的决策与管理、组织与协调、教导与服务的多重角色地位,决定了班主任必须具备一套符合社会、家庭等需要的角色管理。一个成功的班主任,首先表现出的是有责任心。把“一切为了学生,为了一切学生,为了学生的一切”作为我们的落脚点。学生是一个个性格各异,充满活力的鲜活个体,构成的班级当然特点各自不同。在实际工作中,班主任应采取怎样的角色管理呢?
A class management, class teacher plays a key role. Classroom director decision-making and management, organization and coordination, teaching and service of multiple roles, determines the class teacher must have a set of roles in line with social, family needs management. A successful class teacher, first demonstrated is a sense of responsibility. Put “everything for the students, for all the students, for the students everything ” as our foothold. Students are individuals with different personality and vitality, and the classes they constitute certainly have different characteristics.
