随着显微外科之发展,颞浅动脉——大脑中动脉(STA—MCA)吻合术已广泛应用于脑梗塞之治疗。但因以往之资料缺乏对照性研究,其长期疗效难以判定。加拿大Barnnett 教授负责北美、欧洲和日本、中国台湾等地大规模国际协作研究,现将其研究结果概述如下。方法与结果本文EC—IC 外科搭桥术的病例选择标准:①临床上有颈动脉系统之TIA、RIND、轻卒中等之一;②脑血管造影有如下局部病变之一:(a)大脑中动脉主干部狭窄或闭塞;(b)颈内动脉闭塞;(c)颈内动脉狭窄,但病变在下颌乳突线以远
With the development of microsurgery, the superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery (STA-MCA) anastomosis has been widely used in the treatment of cerebral infarction. However, the lack of control of the past data, its long-term efficacy is difficult to determine. Professor Barnnett of Canada is responsible for large-scale international collaborative research in North America, Europe and Japan, China Taiwan and other places. The results of his research are summarized as follows. Methods and Results In this paper, the surgical selection of EC-IC surgical bypass: ① clinically with carotid system TIA, RIND, stroke and so on; ② cerebrovascular angiography has one of the following local lesions: (a) middle cerebral artery Stenosis or occlusion of the trunk; (b) occlusion of the internal carotid artery; (c) stenosis of the internal carotid artery, but the lesion is distal to the mastoid line
