自70年代以来,人们逐渐认识到DNA损伤修复在生命活动如老化和肿瘤发生中的重要作用。一些学者广泛研究了DNA修复与动物年龄、细胞代数以及动物寿命之间的相关性,但研究结果仍不甚相同。而且罕见有同时研究DNA修复与动物年龄和细胞代数关系的报道。为了进一步探讨DNA修复在老化过程中的确切作用,本文同时研究了大鼠纤维母细胞DNA修复与动物年龄和细胞年龄的关系。
Since the 1970s, people have come to realize the important role of DNA damage repair in life activities such as aging and tumorigenesis. Some scholars have extensively studied the correlation between DNA repair and animal age, cell generation and animal lifespan, but the results are still not quite the same. And there are rare reports of the relationship between DNA repair and animal age and cell algebra. In order to further explore the exact role of DNA repair in the aging process, this paper also studied the relationship between rat fibroblast DNA repair and animal age and cell age.
