为了适应以整体转换为突破口的有线数字电视快速发展的迫切需要,浙江省广播电视局、浙江省物价局和杭州市物价局、杭州数字电视有限公司等单位专门组织专家和相关领导,成立了“浙江省有线数字电视发展模式与价格机制研究”课题组,广泛开展专题调查,深入进行研究和探讨,试图为创建既吸收经济发达国家的先进经验,又富有中国特色、符合浙江实际的有线数字电视发展模式与价格机制提供决策参考,从而推进和保障全省有线数字电视的稳步、健康、快速发展,不断满足人民群众精神文化生活需求,为全省建设全面小康社会和提前基本实现现代化作出应有的贡献。本文为这次调查的书面报告。
In order to meet the urgent need of rapid development of digital cable television with overall transformation as a breakthrough, Zhejiang Radio and Television Bureau, Price Bureau of Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou Price Bureau and Hangzhou Digital Television Co., Ltd. and other units specially organized experts and relevant leaders to set up “Zhejiang cable digital TV development model and price mechanism ” group, extensive special investigations, in-depth research and discussion, trying to create both absorbing advanced experience of economically developed countries, but also full of Chinese characteristics, in line with the actual Zhejiang cable Digital TV development model and pricing mechanism to provide decision-making reference to promote and ensure the province’s cable digital television steady, healthy and rapid development, and continuously meet the needs of the people’s spiritual and cultural life for the province to build an overall well-to-do society and to achieve the basic modernization ahead Due contribution. This article is a written report of the investigation.
