为观察自中脑水管周灰质(PAG)释放的儿茶酚胺类物质能否引起痛敏感性的变化,选择新生大鼠颈上神经节(SCG)作为PAG内的移植物。移植后应用烟碱皮下注射(0.lmg/kg)引起移植物儿茶酚胺释放,可见被移植大鼠痛敏感性降低,与移植前对照组痛阈比较P<0.01,而注射等渗盐水对痛阈无影响。烟碱引起的镇痛效应可被肾上腺素受体拮抗剂酚妥拉明部分阻断。实验后对移植物进行了儿茶酚胺组织化学检查。上述结果表明,PAG及移植物儿茶酚胺的局部释放可以调节伤害性感受,减低痛敏感性。
To investigate whether pain-related changes in catecholamines released from the centrilobulbar gray matter (PAG) can induce cervical SCG in neonatal rats as a graft in PAG. Transplantation of nicotine subcutaneous injection (0.lmg / kg) caused graft catecholamines release, we can see the pain sensitivity of the transplanted rats decreased, compared with the pain threshold before transplantation in control group P <0.01, while the injection of isotonic saline on the pain threshold no effect. Nicotine-induced analgesic effects can be partially blocked by the adrenergic receptor antagonist phentolamine. The graft was subjected to catecholamine histochemistry after the experiment. The above results indicate that local release of PAG and graft catecholamines can regulate nociception and reduce pain sensitivity.
