目的分析南宁市区从业人员沙门菌属的带菌情况及流行趋势,为加强卫生管理、防控食物中毒和肠道传染病提供科学依据。方法对南宁市2008—2012年162 353名从业人员健康检查肛拭样品中检出的沙门菌进行回顾性分析。结果共检出沙门菌菌株333株,总检出率为0.21%;2008—2012年沙门菌检出率分别为0.31%、0.35%、0.25%、0.12%和0.10%;夏秋季沙门菌的检出率高于冬春季,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。沙门菌带菌者年龄为18~57岁,不同年龄组沙门菌构成比以21~30岁年龄组最高;为57.96%;≥51岁年龄组检出率最低,为2.70%。女性检出率高于男性,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。检出的333株沙门菌共有8个血清群,以B、C、E群为主;其中B群108株,占32.43%;D群2株,占0.60%。结论南宁市从业人员沙门菌检出率呈逐年下降趋势,但仍有较高的沙门菌阳性携带率,应加强这部分人群的卫生意识及其携带沙门菌的监测,尽早发现阳性带菌者,及时采取相应措施。夏秋季是沙门菌防控的重点。
Objective To analyze the prevalence and prevalence of Salmonella in Nanning urban area and provide a scientific basis for strengthening health management and preventing food poisoning and intestinal infectious diseases. Methods A retrospective analysis of Salmonella detected in 162 353 practitioners’ health examination anal swab samples from 2008 to 2012 was conducted in Nanning City. Results A total of 333 strains of Salmonella were detected, with a total detection rate of 0.21%. The detection rates of Salmonella in 2008-2012 were 0.31%, 0.35%, 0.25%, 0.12% and 0.10% respectively. The rate of emergence was higher than that in winter and spring, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Salmonella carriers ranged from 18 to 57 years of age, with Salmonella constituent ratios in different age groups being the highest in the 21-30 age group; 57.96%; and the lowest in the age group of ≥51 years, 2.70%. The detection rate of women was higher than that of men, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). There were 8 serogroups among the 333 Salmonella strains detected, which belonged to B, C and E groups, of which 108 were in group B (32.43%) and 2 were in group D (0.60%). Conclusions The detection rate of Salmonella in Nanning practitioners shows a declining trend year by year, but there is still a high positive rate of Salmonella infection. Health awareness of this part of the population should be strengthened and the surveillance of Salmonella carrying them should be strengthened. Positive carriers should be detected as soon as possible. Take corresponding measures. Summer is the focus of Salmonella prevention and control.
