为适应经济转型升级的需要,中国的职业教育也正在转型升级,实现从数量扩张到质量提升的飞跃。转变办学模式、改革招生制度、加强教师队伍建设、调整专业结构、改善管理、改进评估和健全保障机制是实现转型的主要政策和举措。这一转型丰富了教育资源、优化了教师队伍结构、增强了学生就业能力并提升了内部质量保障水平。同时,我国职业教育在经费投入、管理体制、社会认可度、企业参与等方面还存在一些有待改进的问题。
In order to meet the needs of economic restructuring and upgrading, vocational education in China is also undergoing transformation and upgrading, achieving a leap forward from quantity expansion to quality improvement. Changing the mode of running schools, reforming the enrollment system, strengthening the construction of teachers, adjusting the professional structure, improving management, improving assessment and perfecting the guarantee mechanism are the major policies and measures for realizing the transformation. This transformation enriches educational resources, optimizes the structure of teachers, enhances students’ employability and enhances the level of internal quality assurance. At the same time, there are still some problems that need to be improved in China’s vocational education in terms of funding, management system, social recognition, and enterprise participation.
