论述了机床数字建模和仿真技术的发展,分析了虚拟制造技术的特征,研究了虚拟机床在机床设计、制造和使用等不同阶段的应用和技术特点,介绍了基于刚体和柔性多体系统动力学的仿真方法以及基于机电耦合的硬件在环仿真,分析了虚拟现实和增强现实技术在虚拟机床中的应用并给出了应用实例,展望了虚拟机床在数字化工厂以及云制造平台中的应用。
The development of digital modeling and simulation technology of machine tools is discussed. The characteristics of virtual manufacturing technology are analyzed. The application and technical characteristics of virtual machine tools in different stages of machine tool design, manufacture and use are studied. The dynamics of rigid machine and flexible multi- The simulation method and the hardware-in-the-loop simulation based on electromechanical coupling, the application of virtual reality and augmented reality in virtual machine tool is analyzed and the application examples are given. The application of virtual machine tool in digital factory and cloud manufacturing platform is also discussed.
